Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over ₹1500. For orders under ₹1500, there's a flat rate of ₹100.

We have multiple delivery partners via Shiprocket

Shipping Times:

 * Retail Packs & Samples: Allow 2-3 working days for shipping, with delivery in 7-10 working days. Orders placed before 12 PM on a business day usually ship the same day (subject to payment and stock). Imported items may take longer due to customs.

 * Perfume Decants: Allow 2-4 working days for shipping, with delivery in 4-10 days. Decants are made fresh to order, which can add to processing time.

Expect potential delays during busy periods like holidays.

Returns & Cancellations

Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns on Perfume Decants, Partials, and Testers. These are final sale.

Retail Pack Returns: We only accept returns on Retail Packs if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns if the cellophane is tampered with, or if you simply don't like the product, find it weak, or for similar reasons.

Accepted Returns (for Retail Packs only): We'll replace items at no extra cost if:

 * The item was damaged during transit.

 * There's a manufacturing defect.

 * You received the wrong item.

You must request a replacement/return within 7 days of purchase. Email us your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without our confirmation. We'll arrange for replacement shipping.

Cancellations: To cancel an order before it ships, email us at in5nitefrags@gmail com. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Important Notes:

 * There are no extra shipping charges for approved replacement items.

 * If our logistics partner attempts delivery three times and fails (e.g., recipient unavailable), you will still be charged for the order.

 * We cannot accept returns or replacements for custom-made items.

Refunds:

 * If replacement approved the product will deliver within 5 to 7 business days 

 * If a replacement item isn't available, we'll offer alternatives, or a refund if requested.

 * If we confirm an order but can't ship it on time, a refund will be issued if you request it.

 * If the refund is approved it will be credited to original payment method within 10 business days

 * You'll receive a 100% refund if a product is unavailable, the vendor can't ship, or if your delivery address is outside our service area.

Returning Merchandise: We recommend using a traceable courier service for returns. In5nitefrags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages. Shipping and insurance costs for returns are not refunded.
